Curious of my situation

I had a condom break on me when having vaginal sex, not to sure when condom broke. Also dont know if shes hiv + or - .  I was just told the next day that shes been around the block a few times.  But she also has a 5 month year old baby that looked very healthy.   When i realized that it broke i jumped up and washed off right away and went pee.  I know that probably doesnt really matter.  I went to the emergency and got blood work done for hep B, C, VDiseases, and HIV.  The Dr. gave me pep for 28 days, Kaletra & Combiver.  I took it about 36hrs after exsposure.

Couple questions?
1.  I noticed about 7 days after taking pep i had patches in my beard, where no hair was growing, and the patches seemed a little whiter then my skin color.  Then when i finished my pep, i noticed kinda of the same thing on my belly.  Can this be caused from anxiety, pep or HIV?

2.  I had little red spots under my forskin and on the head of penis, almost like tiny blisters, but i went to the Dr. and he said it was yeast infection and gave me  Nyaderm to treat it.  It cured the ones under my forskin but my head of my penis still is slightly discolored, and dry.  Ive been tested for stds and all came back neg.  Would u have any idea?

3.  What do u think my risk factor was to HIV?
