HIV transmission through vaginal uktrasound

2 days ago i had a viginal ultrasound check up, i have ovserved that the doctor did not use any cover for ultrasound stick prior to inserting into my vigina (vagina). is there any risk of HIV transmission from the previous patient? considering that i have not observed any bleeding in my vagina after the ultrasound.
