Lymph nodes under my jaw are swollen

Hi There

i have like 4 Lymph nodes under my jaw and they are swollen

they have been like that for 3/4 months and i had then after a flu... a small one and a big one on each side under the jaw. they do not hurt but i can feel them specially when i move my head down and look toward the floor

i had unprotected sex one year ago ... and since then i was afraid of being infected with HIV

i had 3 different HIV tests:

HIV Ag/Ab - 46 days from exposure : Negative
HIV Ag/Ab - 3 Months from exposure : Negative
HIV Ag/Ab - 6 Months from exposure : Negative

when these Lymph nodes got swollen i began to fear again that i maybe have HIV and all the tests were wrong or false and i am living in a great fear right now

i do not have any other symptoms but a slight weight loss (1-2 Kgs) and a mild rash on my face

Please can someone tell me why are these Lymph nodes are swollen under my jaw?

Can this be an indication of being infected with HIV?

i am sorry but when i got these nodes under my jaw i started to wonder if the tests were right ... i live in egypt and i am worried about the accuracy of the tests done

can you please tell me what can be the reason for these nodes to swell?
they do not hurt and they have been like that for the past 2 months.
i can only feel them when i move my head down and look to the floor then they pop out and i can feel them with my fingers!

You were told, your tests are conclusive and final, you do not have HIV. These symptoms are not related to HIV, move on with your life
