RASH BEFORE AND AFTER TESTING

Can ARS rash come with no fever and last for 2 days and go...Then come 2 weeks later (week #7) also no fever??I TESTED 4 AND 6 WEEKS AFTER LOW EXPOTURE WATH IS MY % OF FALSE NEGATIVE? THANKS GUYS

how is that DRHHH has said that 6 to 8 weeks is 100% on EIA test is that true?
