Oil and condoms

Hello,
Could you please explay, does oilbased lubricant cause breakage of condom or it can cause leakage of hiv while the condom aparently is still ok? Why it's risky?
My concern is. Intercourse with prostitute, with condom. But before she used Johnson's baby oil to make massage on me, including penis. I slightly wiped it with a tissue before putting the condom on, but anyway there can be something left.
What is your risk assumption?

Oil based lubes lessen the strength of the condom and in doing so it will make the condom break easier. This is why water based is recommended. Condoms do not leak unless broken.

You had no risk because your condom did not break.
