Possbile ARS Symptomes and I have HIV ?

After that hand job about two weeks, ago.. I have herpes and had a rash, I came down with prostate infection....so two weeks exact, I got a flu symptomes with headaches, not feeling well, chills, diareeha, and lymph nod pain.
Is this ARS ? This happen exact two weeks later ....
