Tested @ 72 days after exposure

Dear all, my exposure was unprotected oral both ways,tested today by (HIV combi ECLIA Ab+Ag) after 72 day from exposure the result came negative thank god,shall i consider conclusive,my concern that i feel that i have HIV symptoms,very tired , i feel something wrong withmy right lymph node but its not swallen for more than 2 month and i hot HSV 2 from this exposure?!!

I will ask street questions to u as follow:
1) according my exposure i shouldnt get tested?!!
2) if we assume that i have the worst mouth and teeth case and the csw has her period in the time of exposure,even with those cases,still no risk?!!
3) do u think (HIV combi ECLIA Ab+Ag ) test is reliable?!! ,i got negative at 72 days,so its unlikly to change after 84 day,right?!!
4)i am having right lymph mode problem since my second week from exposure,which doctor shall i visit?!'

Kindly,dont consider it posting excessively, can answer the following questions:
1) whatever my mouth and teeth status and whatever her vegina status,i have no HIV concern what so ever,right?!!
2) i shouldt test??
3)assume that i had a low risk,does my test will assure that i am HIV free even the result unlikely to change in my 10 week??!!
4) does testing with HIV combi ECLIA Ab+Ag reliable?!!

And to do this test,it cost me alot,i lnow ur message that i can choose what to believe in this forum..but i have a little bit doubt saying what if she were in her period what if i have some blood in my theeth... Can i say its no risk like using candom?!!

Thank u for your comfort words,u wont believe what this incident done to me,i tested (HIV combi ECLIA Ab+Ag) ,so u says i shouldnt do testing,and regardless my symptoms they not related to HIV??

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex

Ok,lets close it here,so whatever my teeth and my mouth condition,and if she had her period in the time i did cunnilingus on her,there is no risk what so ever,even i didnt need to test,and even my test prove that i am ok?!! Whatever my symptoms that i am having since my exposure?!!
