One last question

So would most people agree that a 5 month (20 week) test is completely conclusive and I can move on with current partner with no fears or guilt?  The likelihood that I would seroconvert and produce detectable antibodies between 5 and 6 months is negligible?
Thank you.

3 months is conclusive. As far as guilt, that is up to you.
