encounter a "breast massage" ,Do I have risk?help me!!!

Hi,  
I visited a massage spot. a lady gave me a "breast massage".I watched her breasts skin is dry.
I sucked her breast for several times,she rubbed my penis with her breasts and at last,I ejaculated onto her breasts.
I think all the events is no risk,but when I imagine she may served her previous client before me and may left semen on her breasts though it was wipe off by her and looks dry,I felt very scared,Is it possible that I am at risk when suck her breasts and rubbed by her?or Am I overthinking?please help me and give me info!
