Dear Doc,

IM 30 yrs old now and back in 1998 or 1999 i had a relationship with a married woman for close to 3 or 6 months not sure of the same...during that time we only preformed  oral unprotected sex every time we met where she only sucked me and i did not ejuclate in her mouth i mite have had few percum in her mouth....but i fingered her as well and licked my fingers and sucked on them........

now its been almost coming on to 10 yrs and i have never been terminnaly ill nor have i felt any sympotms nor have i lost any weight.... but i keep getting scared and think i mite be infected with HIV...now i have a job in the UAE and i have to do my medicals and im worried.... can you please help me with this...

You were safe.  But you are badly infected  with something else - anxiety!  You might need a little help with this.  This is your problem.

I understand that you are in the UAE you will be concerned about HIV -  if you test +ve to HIV you would be deported.

But you say you only did oral sex and fingering.   There is no risk of HIV infection from this.  

You said this was 10 years ago?  That is such a long time to be worried about something!
