scared....person object mucous membrane tranmssion

How long would it survive in small amount on table. I didn't notice any blood but really wasn't looking. I touched a mucous membrane right after (min or 2) of leaving the area where the person was sitting. Does the virus not survive outside blood or outside body. I really didn't see blood but at the time, I was unaware of the persons status.

My hands were on the table and then I believe I went to the bathroom and touched the inside of my vagina (very high in) while inserting tampon.

Unsure if I used sanitzer after. Probably ran my hands under water but cannot remember

I respect your response, thank you. Why in a previous post does it say that although low, there's still a chance of transmission from razor or clippers?

I was wondering if you could explain more? If hiv is not able to survive outside body, why is sharing sex toys razors and other objects a risk

Even if there was fluid and contact with mucous membrane. Also, thank you for your reply.
