Gurgling sound when breathing out.

I have a gurgling sound when I breathe out...for several days after a cold with lots of mucous and coughing.  What is this?  I have never experienced this before.

Hi!
If the gurgling sounds are coming from throat or chest, then they can be due to bronchitis, asthma or due to acid reflux.  Since you have a lot of cough and mucus, you need to consult a doctor to start some medication like de-congestant and a bronchodilator.
Take care!
