Hi james,
I can explain what the holter showed but can't explain what it means for you. There is additional information necessary to draw conclusions and too many assumptions I would have to make that would likely lead to a false conclusion.
Sinus rhythm is a normal rhythm and 70 beats per minute is average.
your minimum rate is ok if it happened during sleep, but not if you were exercising.
The maximum rate is ok and likely occured while you were doing something strenuous since it was at 3:30 in the afternoon, but this is an assumption. A maximum rate of 108 is nearly high enough to cause concern, but may be too low depending on you age.
Rare premature atrial contractions are normal.
16 beat run of non sustained VT documents that you have non sustained VT. Based on you ejection fraction, the data suggests that you should be treated with beta blockers. However, that depends on why you had the test -- syncope, chest pains, pre-syncope, etc. You doctor will have to let you know how to proceed based on the context of ordering the test.
I hope this helps. Thanks for posting.
Dr. If you can explain non sustained VT
Thanks James
While I am not a doctor non sustained V-Tach is V-tach which generlly last less then 10-20 seconds and terminates on its own. Even in healthy people a run of non sustained V-tach does happen every now and then.
"Sinus rhythm is a normal rhythm"
Normal people has sinus rhythm because it is a normal rhythm, right?
What happen if the person without the Sinus rhythm, is that still normal or abnormal?
Because it appeared on my ECG as "sinus rhythm" sometime this line disappered! I wonder with sinus rhythm is good or no good. Without it, is normal or abnormal?
Anyone can answer? Thanks for that.

OMYGOSH!! I just had to jump on the bandwagon about the dental experiences. Same here with the novocaine injection at the DDS!! Now, my file indicates NO epinephrine. The novocaine works the same, just doesn't last as long. I'd rather get a "booster" injection than have the racing heart.
Upbeat,
You are the only other person I know who also notices being tipped back at the salon. I actually had to leave with a wet head b/c of that very thing! You're not gonna believe this...I also take one Xanax (with my premeds) about an hour before dental appointments. Though I still am considered somewhat of a dental phobic, I'm MUCH better these days : 0
Hope everyone is well!

I love flying, no even afraid of elevators, can even take the dental chair, but I once had a bad panic attack in the barbers chair, never could same to shake it, I have been trimming my own hair for the past 5 years because of this extreme anxiety in the barbers chair has caused me! Sure seems like us pvcers have alot in common.
I'm always learning new things around here. I can't believe others have also experienced palps/tachy episodes in the barber/salon chair. Fortunately, I only had one really bad episode. I'm actually not even sure why it happened. Some sort of panic attack as I recall.
Hope you are well.
