ok sir, thank you, last month Ive tested for dna viral count it was >110,000,000 and recently this month Ive tested for hbsag quantitative and it was 17.80...and my sgpt fluctuates,is it normal?

You tested positive to HBsAg, negative to HBsAb, , positive to HBc IgM, elevated SGPT (ALT).
Because your HBc IGM is positive, you are most likely to be in the acute phase of Hepatitis B infection, and most adults recover from an acute infection. Do test gain in 6 - 9 month time to confirm.
