Does anyone else have a bad cough on treatment?

My friend complained of that as one of his side effects, and was told to get Robitussen... which we got at the grocery store, and they run your driver's license when your purchase it - so how much of that can you buy before you are "flagged" or something ???

Still have it. It's from Interferon.  Well-controplled on Tussigon tabs, which is like pill form of hycodin (narcotic)  Ask your Dr. if it is ok for you.

Very common. My Doc wanted a chest xray which turned out clear. I found my cough got worse the lower my hoglobin got.

I coughed so muched I sprained.my ribs and chest muscles. I cant move my left side, get up or down or breathe without pain.the worse part is that once I start it goes on for quite awhile. My dr reduced my riba, and this has.helped with the constant coughing and has helped.me to breathe better. Vicks on my chest helped alittle

If I weren't coughing so hard all the time, maybe I could get some rest.   Last night I woke up at 3am and it started and didnt end until 6am after I finally remembered I had a inhaler in my chest of drawers.     I thought it was just the Riba, which it is, but it has also kicked in the asthma too !    Its horrible, I thought a while ago if I go through that one more night I hitting the ER.    
I had told Jillybean65 the other day that the cough was so hard it could hit me somewhere between hacking up my esophagus to one of my lower discs in my back.   Sometimes it actually feels like a lung just flew out.      And the great thing is if you have really dry cough and you're uvula sticks to the back of your throat you have a instant projectile vomiting mechanism    I am in week 15 post INC.  And it;s getting worse.
