I get mine at the Giant (DC grocery chain). I get the Cabot, full fat. It has like 18 grams in a cup. It's great with honey or blueberries. I can get it down pretty much anytime of day, whereas I'm pretty much done with peanut butter - gag.
Fage is a low fat n low sodium brand my nutritionist recommended. I eat it every day. The liver needs protein to heal. While on Incivik, I used Athenos brand. High fat, low sodium.
Health food stores n grocery stores carry both. Target n Walmart here.
Good luck! Karen :)
Trader Joes or most health food stores
"Real" Greek yogurt isn't high in fat. :)
If you can't find it along with the other yogurts, ask someone in the store if they stock it. In my area most of the big grocery stores carry it, but it can be difficult to locate mixed in with all the others.

Liberte Mediterranee.
3/4 cup has 15g of fat.
I can find it in most bigger grocery stores. Not the discount type grocery stores, though.
I was thinking, if there is a place near you that carries the low fat greek yogurt, then maybe they will special order the whole fat greek yogurt for you. The other thing you can do is to get the low fat type and add several tablespoons of heavy whipping cream to it. That would get the fat content up.
I buy mine at my local food co-op (like a whole foods store). I think the whole foods stores may have it, as well as more trendy markets, upscale markets, and specialty food shops. I doubt places like Walmart would carry it. I don't know about regular markets as I never shop at regular markets. Maybe call around to save running all over the place. Your town looks like it is on the small side. You may have to go to one of the larger towns/cities near you. Hopefully, not too far since yogurt is perishable. I bought about 6-7 containers at a time so I would not have to run to the store every day. I hope you can find it. It was a life saver for me because I got to the point where I could not eat much.
