Possible Hepatitis C transmission

Is it possible to get hep c from a small amount of blood on the floor, then someone walking on it, getting some of the blood on your shoes, touching the shoe and putting your finger in  your mouth? This is a scenario a friend is concerned about.

Thanks

I think someone should write a book based on all these topics that come around here...

Hello, Kim is right, there is no risk.  I think you friend might want to get some help for his/her anxiety.
I know what anxiety can do to a person, I experienced severe anxiety as I treated HCV.  It was awful and I can feel for anyone who has ever experienced it.

Hi there Papa
No risk.
Your friend cannot catch Hep C this way.
The virus is caused by a blood to blood exchange from an infected individual.
No worries
