series of symptoms followed by two bumps on my penis?

Hey everyone. About 3 weeks ago the condom broke as I was having sex (one night stand). I pulled out a few seconds later. 3-4 days later I woke up and I had fairly big ( not a bunch of bumps) blister on my right elbow. Almost like a cigarette burn. A day or two later I developed flu like symptoms. I visited my Dr. And he seemed to think that it was not herpes. He didn't not even think I should get tested. However a few days later the blister on my elbow got infected and I there was a rather watery yellowish discharge. I visited my Dr. Again and prescribed antibiotics. In addition, I went for urine and blood work. A few days later as I was showering I noticed to very tiny bumps on the shafts of my penis which were only painful that day. So I visited my Dr. Again and he decided to burn them with liquid nitrogen. It has been 5-6 days now since the discovery of the bumps and about 3 day from liquid nitrogen treatment and the bumps are still there. not burst yet and do not have a white head. The skin in that area is very red and a bit painful as I think it healing from the liquid nitrogen treatment. The urine test has come back and all negative. Still awaiting my blood work. My Dr. Said it is 90% unlikely for it to be herpes. I got a second opinion from a nurse and she also said the elbow and the bumps on the penis are completely unrelated and that I got the flu from someone else. Which the girl I had sex with did tell me she had the flu. Can anyone explain my symptoms!

Thank you for your time

Your elbow and genital symptoms are entirely separate problems, not related to one another. I think I understand how your doctor feels. Good luck on your PH studies.

I think my doctor got tired of seeing mme. he might have just said that to give me some sort of peace but I'm actually a public health student so instead it just made me worry more

Thank you for your help sir. I hope that is the case. Do you also think the infection on my elbow and genital bumps are irrelevant?

Hard to believe any doctor would say freezing would cure herpes or prevent it from spreading. Sounds like he or she was thinking of warts, not herpes.

No STD causes pain like this. It sounds like nothing serious, probably just genitally focused anxietys. Mellow out and stop worrying. If it continues and you remain concerned, return to your doctor.

Thank you so much for your response.
He didn't know what it was but his comment was even if it is herpes this would cure it as it won't further spread and made me question it. Earlier today I had pain inside of penis and now an usual pain between prostate and rectum. I am very scared. What could this be !!!

Your doctors are correct:  herpes doesn't behave this way, and you can be certain herpes is not the problem.

What did the doctor tell you was the diagnosis of the penile bumps?  Freezing them with liquid nitrogen suggests her thought they might be genital warts, or maybe molluscum contagiosum. But for sure not herpes, which is never treated that way.
