Bump with tiny white head and red dot

I've noticed two pimple looking things near my groin. One on my upper thigh, the other on my upper inner thigh. I noticed them at the same time and they haven't changed much in 3 days. The 'pimples' are approximately 3-4 inches apart from eachother. I originally thought I contacted genital herpes because I noticed them right after having sex. (I had sex for the first time and am very paranoid) They aren't "clustering" like I thought herpes would, so I'm really confused as to what they are.

These "pimples" are a red circle, similar to a pimple. The have very small white heads, so I'm having issues with identifying whether the head is white or a ting yellow. Directly next to the whitehead is an even smaller red dot, almost like a mosquito bite.

I've had flu like symptoms, but I was sick prior to having intercourse, so I can identify that as a symptom of herpes.

The 'pimples' are itchy, not painful. I haven't seen them spread to other places or cluster.

Could this be genital herpes? I know I should get tested, but before I drop +$200 on an STD test, I thought I should consult someone as I am VERY paranoid right now.

Thank you

The pimples your describing would appear as simple pimples as herpes are open blister sores that appear at the area of genital contact about a week after exposure. Did you use a condom?
