Gf's symptoms concerning me..

Was having sex with my gf last night and noticed she was breaking out into red spots on both sides of her buttocks.....no blisters or scabbing....so hard to say if these are pimples, folliculitis, or herpes.

Any suggestions?

My girlfriend has her *** full of pimples :D

Well not full, but she once had 4-6 red dots in her butt for a loooong time. So my bet is that what you saw were pimples.

I don't think that I do, that is why I am nervous about her symptoms.

Well, I've been with alot of women in my day (I'm 25) and have been safe for the most part, but you never know even if I don't have symptoms if I could pass something to her.  I've read alot about Herpes and really wonder about this whole "bi-lateral" thing and how realistic it really is, (ie only having breakouts on one side of the body).

Suggestions? How about don't be too concerned?  It sounds like folliculitis. She should be showering immediately after working out, if possible. Also avoiding Spandex-type fabrics when working out will help. Cotton panties might also help. If it persists, she can be treated with antibiotics for it. She should avoid open water swimming immediately after rainstorms.

Folliculitis on the rear end is really common, and very benign.

Why would you think this was herpes?
