Herpes??? freaking out

Today I noticed a small yellowish bump in the fold of my groin that looks kind of like a blister to me. I'd never noticed it before. It's in the crease but not on the hair-bearing part. It's not super painful but it is tender a little bit. Doesn't itch. I'm absolutely freaking out. I have had a negative IGG blood test for both types of herpes at many months post last possible exposure and have been told by a couple doctors that my history does't present as a high risk for herpes but I'm sure this is what it is. I was wearing tight jean shorts and it is humid out but I'm not overweight so I don't know if it would be a friction issue since I don't have too much chafing ever. The skin around it is a little pinkish but I assumed it was from my pants/underwear since it's wear it would be tight on me. It feels kind of firm but not like a cyst would deep under the skin. I think it may have even leaked a little fluid but I can't tell because I noticed it right after I showered. I'm freaking out.

Negative IgG testing at several months is conclsuive in the negative.

If you need WB to confirm this then seek this out. It will be negative for HSV2. If it is positive for HSV1 then this will not prove anything other than having to concldude you've had an oral infection since your youth.

Could you see the last 2 pictures though? That was what it originally looked like. It seems to be fading now but it is still tender when I bump it

It certainly is not herpes.

Did you see the link? It's in the crease of my groin but not in the hairy part just near. How accurate are IGG tests? Could it be a friction blister? It seems to be fading already after I picked it lightly but I'm freaking out

This doesn't sound like herpes at all.

Your first lesion would not occur months after exposure in your leg crease!
