you have new symptoms so yes being seen by a provider is a good idea.

Grace,
Sorry for me coming back and asking questions again and again..but the symptoms dont go away completely.
So I had the redness etc on penis head...I used the doctor given alcortin and it went away.
I had already finished my keflex course.
Now today I noticed a little pimple on left inner thigh.
I am not sure what is going on but something keeps happening down there and I get very worried...due to my earlier risky behavior...mow for almost 2 months I havent had sex...
Please suggest ...
also should I visit my dermatologist again?
Thanks and sorry for so many questions.
Thanks grace.
Using alcortin on penis is ok ?
this doesn't sound like anything that can't wait until your regular dermatologist is back in town.
could be fungal or could just be irritation.

Grace my tests from lab came negative.
Then I visited my dermatologist as you suggested and he prescribed keflex.
I have been taking it for last 8 days and will soon finish the course in 2 days.
My dermatologist is on vacation now until 8th April.
Since a day before yesterday, during night I had ejaculation while asleep...(I have refrainedfrom sex since last 1.5 months) then since then my penis head and skin under forehead has been red and there is lot of itching.
I had alcortin (my dermatologist had given me). I am using it on penis and underskin since tonight.
What is causing this redness? and itching? I cant notice any blisters or anything but the itching is fairly high.
Please advise iof I need to see another doctor since mine isnt in town until 8th.
Thank you very much grace. I will try to see my dermatologist asap !
this isn't all herpes going on on this many body parts.
going to be seen this week again if the best course of action. Sounds like you picked up a bacterial skin infection and with the rates of MRSA in the community, well worth a proper follow up and treatment.
the std screening through tstd is good but only if enough time has passed. You paid a lot of money and the only testing you had that was going to be accurate was for gonorrhea and chlamydia. All the rest of your testing needs repeated in 2 or 3 months if you want accurate answers for syphilis, herpes and hiv.
