Is this Herpes?

Ok so first i went to Costa Rica and while there developed a rash around anus and had itching around groin area. Thought it was jock itch from the damp environment. Propably about 6 months later started having itching in groin area but no rash, small far spaced apart zits on buttocks (went away after 2 weeks). 6 months later now having small bumbs on Corona of penis and skin before the corona. Bumbs skin colored small tint of red. Tingling sensation sometimes. Put antibiotic cream on area and look as though clears up.

when you are seen, your provider will examine you and if need be, do more testing. If they suspect intestinal worms, there is testing they can do. if they suspect yeast but aren't sure, it's very easy to do a skin scraping ( not as painful as it sounds ) and examine the cells they scrape off under a microscope to look for yeast.

i'm going to clinic next week to have test. Could this be some kind of parasite, or what type of rash could this be? Doesn't have the yellowish filled blisters like herpes. But has tingleing sensation. Could it be yeast infection and how could I tell?

odds are this isn't herpes going on from the sounds of things but you'll need to see your provider for a proper work up.
