So freaked, please help

20, sexually active, and for the past 5-6+ weeks I've had small red bumps from just below my belly button all through my pubic hair.  They are small, red, raised slightly, nonitching, nonpainful, and spread out.  In the past week I've noticed two even smaller tiny raises around the shaft.  In the past couple days it seems like more around the base and scrotum area are popping up.  I feel neaseous sometimes now too but don't seem to have a fever, I can't tell if it's from being so damn paranoid or if it is related.  I used neosporin all overy pubic area for a couple days and it seems to have slightly quelled the bumps around that area but a couple days after is when the other symptoms started.

Does the neoporin having any affect simply coincedence with how long it's been or does that mean it could be something other than a viral infection.

Please help...

I haven't. I just don't know where to go.  I don't know if I can get away with being tested privately since it may get reported to insurance and I can't go to public health center cause if it turns out to be positive it'll be reported to insurance.  If this gets back to my parents I'll be kicked out for good.  Any help?

you need to be seen and get these looked at.  no reason to think that these are herpes since they are lingering so long. herpes would've healed by now.

folliculitis can cause these symptoms as can molluscum so being seen and getting a proper exam and treatment is the best course of action!

since herpes is on your mind, have you ever had type specific herpes igg blood testing to know your own status?
