Can bumps on genital area still be herpes even if there is no redness, discomfort, irritation, blister, lesions,puss,scabs.No other issues besides just the bumps

They can appear even as a paper cut and visual diagnosis is not the way to confirm herpes.

do herpes bumps always come with blisters, sores, irritation, redness? and is a doctor looking at it a good enough diagnosis to tell it is herpes?

From showing up, scabbing over and healing as an average takes a couple of weeks.

are they always clear and soft because mine are not? And do they always have some kind of flare up,sore, or blister. MIne have none of those signs and have stayed the same looking since i noticed them

Hi, herpes sores are soft clear liquid filled for the most part. What your describing appear as normal hair folicles. If you have an active sex life with different partners, you might want to get tested just to confirm but what your describing really dont appear as herpes sores at all.
