Slight burning in the head of my penis, sometimes when i pee as well...

Its been 6 weeks since I received oral sex from a girl who later told me she had herpes. I am not sure whether it was hsv-1 or 2. Before knowing of this information i had unprotected sex with a girl last week on a saturday, the next day i felt soreness in my penis and testicles. The testicle soreness has faded but now there is a slight but not to pain full burning in the head of me penis and it slightly burns to pee but really isnt that bad and isnt always there. Sometimes the pain feels like its in my foreskin and other times it feels like its in the head. Iv had no symptoms such as visible sores, sickness, sore throat, fever etc i feel perfectly fine. So iv had this going on for exactly one week now and was wondering what it might possibly be? Oh and i went for both urine and blood tests but its only been 3 business days and they said it takes around 7 for results but am freaked out if herpes could be causing this.

I truely believe what your feeling is the testicle tube. Some areas are larger than others and can appear as a bump.

Another thing to add I did some research and found the idea to do a self testicular examination in doing so iv found a lump on my right testicle that is directly attached to the testicle and not the scrotum. The lump is larger then a pea and can move around but again still attached to the testicle. Its tender when i move it, i was able to get a doctors app but wont be for a couple days any idea about this? Possible tumor? IF it were to be a tumor (worst possible scenario) could it be behind the discomfort?

Hi, what your describing dont appear herpes related at all. When a person does, its things like blisters or razor type cuts. Topical irritations are most often fungal related.
