herpes possibly? help

i had unprotected sex with this girl exactly about a month ago and for the past few weeks i started getting bumps in my genital area. i never have really had anything like this till now and iv been reading alot about hsv2 and these bumps are happening in the same exact time as the herpes symptoms said they would. they dont appear on my shaft or actual penis but mainly just in my pubic hair region. there is some itching down there but maybe i am over-reacting. i got a rash on my left arm too that has stayed for about almost 2 weeks and slowly went away. the bumps in genital region are tiny and i picked at one of them and it bled a little bit. no white stuff coming out. these bumps appeared 3 and a half weeks ago and some go away, then others form and go away slowly. they havnt bled by themselves, only when i picked at them. i dont have enough money to go get checked out at the doctor so asking you guys on here is the best i can do. and even if i dont have money up front can i pay them back within like a 2-week trial. and how much would a herpes check out cost total with no insurance?? any help would be much appreciated

Search for the closest Planned Parenthood - they provide medical care with affordable prices.
As you said it youself, it's best to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible, so you can get answers.

is it possible to have genital herpes in just the pubic area and nowhere else. or can it be anywhere down there?

this doesn't sound std related. more likely it's folliculitis going on. see your regular provider for a proper exam.

have you ever called your local health department for advice on your local options for being seen when you have health problems?  they are quite helpful for things like that .

yeah i just called the planned parenthood and i told them i dont have money up-front but could have money soon when my check comes and they didnt really say anything that helped, besides just get money and come in to get checked up. but do you think planned parenthood would be the best place to be checked up or an actual primary doctor. i had a primary doctor then i lost my insurance. and iv been in there a few times getting my genitals checked and he said i was fine. i caught gonohorrea  and he gave me meds for that. but this case im in right now, i have never experienced anything like this before. i read on the herps and it says they hurt really really bad, but these dont even hurt, just itch mainly but not even that bad. could i have caught folliculitis from this sexual event? because these signs started showing up a few days, almost a week after this unprotected sex act. and has been happening for the past 3 weeks, the bumps dont break on their own. but the ones that have been scratched off by myself take a little longer to heal, like it will look almost healed and barely scabbed over then i take a long shower and afterwards they open up again

once again, this doesn't sound like herpes. folliculitis is just a bacterial infection of the hair follicles. it's very common. be seen for a proper exam.
