rash or herpes

Hello First I want to say thank you for taking time out of your day to try to help people ease thier minds. I am a 21 year old male who has had two sexual partners. Last September I developed a rash on the head of my penis it didn't hurt no pain no itching or anything it was red with pinsize head bumps on it the were  not blisters just small bumps. the rash lasted for about two months and went away the bumps didn't open or anything they just went away. About a week later the rash was back again and lasted a couple weeks with the same exact circumstances a faint red rash with small painless pinsize red bumps. This has been going on for a year now off and on with a couple weeks in between the rashes. Im starting to see a patern with the rashes. I work in restaraunts and in hot conditions and am continously moving. Whenever I start working long hours the rash seems to appear. The rash comes back to the same spot everytime but again with no discomfort. I've had form of irratation right below my urtethra for three years now and it still burns from time to time I've been to the doctor and got tested for that and everything came back negative. Do you think this new rash is just another form of irratation or do you think it could be herpes.

First of all thank you for making the time to answer questions for people.I need some advice.About a week ago i started noticing a small red rashy thing outside on the lips of my vagina. This was a few  hours after having intercourse. I though it was a reaction to some chili because one morning when i was cooking i went to the bathroom and accidently touched my area and it burned instantly. I then applied euceryn and assumed that would helped but it burned. About 2 days later i started rashing around my anal area. I say rash because they are not bumps. And it has gotten a little worse. Ive applied different over the counter creams and even monistat just incase if a yeast infection. I have few rash things around the lips of the vagina. I went to the doctor and got hiv test it was negative and also my blood test results i am still waiting for. The doc said it might be herpes or an allergic reaction to something. I have been with my husband for 3 years and nothing like this has ever happened before. My sexual history wouldnt coencide with the possibilty of herpes. We also have had oral sex and nothing has ever appeared in or around our mouths either. I am just really confused. When i pee, if the urine touches the rashes it burns a little. It really bugs me to walk and since I am on my period It is very irritated since i cleaan my area a lot. Im just worried at what it could be because my husband and i cant think of how herpes can be a possibility? I asked the doctor but she just kept asking if i thought i couldve caught something from my husband? I wasnt satisfied with the visit.I really am confused.

this sounds far more like a yeast issue than it does herpes.  it also could be irritation too of course from sweating and your clothing rubbing over your sensitive genital skin while you work.

have you been seen yet by your provider for this since it's been going on for so long now?

i've seen pics and read many places of the 'herpes rash', and it has been listed on many credible sites as a herpes symptom.  if i'm wrong, please correct me.

herpes dont lash for two months and also it doesnt look like a rash it looks like blisters. if you look up pictures of it you'll see it a watery filled blister not a rash. and also you've had no pain from it so thats also a good indicator that it isnt herpes but it is something you should have looked at so you can prevent it from coming back it sounds like chaffing or heat rash so go to your doctor so he can give you something to get rid of it.
