yeast infection or herpes?

In july i stupidly had unprotected sex vaginal and oral. right away i had flu like symptoms i got tested and found out i had chlymedia. since then my partner ( long term partner and i had broken up for a while) and i have been treated. however i had a very strong reaction to the medicine. since then i have had a lot of discharge and it's thick and when ever i look down there it seems to stick to my vaginal walls and kinda makes them stick to each other. ever since then i been inspecting myself down there quite often and i noticed two bumps but thus far they been there for a couple of months. because of the chlymedia i have been very paranoid and stuck my fingers in my vagina and found none. since then i have had a burning sensation (not often) and i have been really itchy. for the most part the main are of itchyness are where my legs connect to my pelvis. since then i been inspecting myself everyday and i recently found a pimple looking bump and my panty line area has been tender. the pimple is closer to the area where my legs and pelvis connect but vertical to where my cliterous is. it does not hurt when i leave it alone but when i touch it it's painful. i have had bv and the itchness i had then was worse to what i have now. i would rate the itchyness now as a two on a scale of ten. im going to the doctor tomorrow and i was wondering if this bump was caused by a yeast infection or because i have been touching that area often. and if it is herpes why is it i have no bumps in or around my mouth. also i tried to pop it and clear fluid came out and blood. so i immediately stopped. it has gotten smaller but it's still there. it hurt while i was trying to pop it and about thirty seconds after

no herpes symptoms will not come and go throughout the day. they will stay constant for a few days before starting to get better.

hopefully you get better answers when you are seen. be sure to get tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally too.

i will. the pimple has shrunk considerably and i forgot to mention all the symptoms come and go through out the day. is that common of herpes? also i tried not to touch my vaginal area so my doctor can see what i am talking about but my anus also itched so i cleaned the area with antibacterial soap and now the itchyness is gone is that also consistent with herpes?

going to be seen and getting this checked out is the best course of action. Let us know how your appointment goes.
