why all people with genital warts should not be worried!?

So to all...heres a little story.  I had a bump at the bottom of the underside of my shaft for quite awhile...8 months or so...was pretty sure what it was but could never bring myself to a doctor or myself to the reality of genital warts.  The reality is its not that big of deal.  You read all these horror stories on here about how avadar and all these other treatments didn't work and the money, embarrassment and time it takes and you just feel like sh!t.  Well guess what?  I never went to a doctor.  I read some valuable info from other real people...not stupid sites that sell you a product like wartrol or whatever the hell that bs is.  So basic guys.  Buy any type of apple cider vinegar...some q-tips...some athletic tape or bandaids...some cotton balls....some neosporin and vitamin E.  Chances are you can get rid of your warts without ever seeing a doctor or saving all that cash and embarrassment.  Of course I'm just passing on info but this works.  I just got done with my first time doing it, honestly it takes about 7 days, or at least for me....personally I think it depends how long your warts have been there  and the size, and prob how many.  Unfortunately my main one was there awhile so it took about 5 days to really burn out but, its gone.  Honestly guys and gals, it works, first few days the warts prob will turn whitish and yes it will burn-big deal suck it up-leave it alone wash it off in the shower and re-apply to the area id say every 12 hours.  It will turn from white to darkish and then leave it alone-its dead.  Will eventually fall off.  Make sure u have vitamin e and neosporin to put on the areas after the warts come off as it is fresh skin under there.

Ultimately Im really pissed I stressed for a long time and didnt do this earlier....DO NOT LISTEN to doctors on this subject...its f'ing bs and a way to make them more money.  And anyone on here who says go to the doctor first, I laugh.  Its a wart...acv is a pretty much proven way to get rid of it...why dont you try it out yourself instead of paying hundreds to get stuff burned off? Stop advising people immediate doctor until they try acv.

Honestly all of u should try it, of course theres a small percentage that it wont work, but almost all the people i've talked to it has worked.  The point of this message is to help people with genital warts and the cost/time/embarrassment they bring.

alex, you can write all you want.  You give very helpful advice, but my main message is there is an alternative and that's ridiculous for you to throw it off.  Yea, if you see some bumps, see a doctor.  How bout all those people who dont have a general physician?  "hey just coming in to see if these weird bumps on the base of my dick are warts or not?" Not really what everyone has int mind.  Anyways im not going to argue , its silly, but to discount acv treatment as just another bs experiment is ********.  ACV treatment can work and HAS worked in many cases.   Thats fine fore an individual to go see their physician and do whatever they can to pass the warts-----but sir do not tell me it doesn't work.  In one week I have passed 5 warts, one that was there a long time.  This "terrible advice" i got pretty much gave me a different aspect on life.  Guys and gals don't listen to his "educated" message back to me....stuff works if u do it right....and u know what if it doesn't work for you see a doctor or vice versa......guarantee it works tho.  Alex, good job informing people on this forum but please don't be naive and please don't steer people clear of a very good alternative.   And I read all those links.  I laugh, he actually said acv doesn't do anything  in one of them.  Shows how good our physician community is.  Im still laughing at that one.

It's important to go and see a Dr for diagnosis because the "bump" could be many many things, STD related and non STD related.

Getting a diagnosis is best all round for patients so they can know what exactly is going on down there and they can make steps towards treatments. If you leave a wart without propper treatment for a long time, it get's harder and harder to respond to treatment.

Just to add, there is nothing shamefull about going to the Drs when you suspect you have this virus. Infact I think people who manage to get the guts and courage to step forward and do that despite the stereotype are brave people. Drs see these things and much worse every single day, it's nothing to be ashamed of.

Laugh all you want, but you are the one who "treated" undiagnosed bumps by putting vinegar on them, a treatment which has been proven NOT TO WORK.

I know you are trying to help, but this is terrible advice.

If you have a suspected bump, see your doctor. Believe me, doctors make plenty of money without treating genital warts. Applying a bit of liquid nitrogen to a wart doesn't make their day, nor does it line the pockets of pharmaceutical companies. What it will do is give you a reliable diagnosis, and a proven treatment.

As far as cost goes, if you life in a major city than there are STD clinics that will provide services for free or a small fee.

If a person suspects that they have a STD, but are too embarrassed to see a doctor for diagnosis or treatment, then they really are a menace to any future partners. Get a grip, show some maturity, and don't be embarrassed to tell a doctor that you are sick or might have an infection.....they deal with illness all the time.

I would advise all forum users to ignore the above post. Claims made without evidence to support them are meaningless. Personal accounts really are not a substitute for real evidence, particularly when they are made by the ignorant or uninformed.

If you think you have warts, see a doctor before attempting to treat anything on your own.
