Not getting email updates

I've been noticing that for the past couple of days I haven't been getting email updates from medhelp.  I get notified to update my trackers, but I don't get the email notices with the most recent question updates from the communities I belong to.

Once more I got no email updates today.

Thanks for letting us know.  It might help if you add the email address we send from to your contacts, and that should ensure they go right to your inbox.  Please let me know if you have any further issues with it, ok?

I got it after I said something, but not until then.  Thanks.  It seems to be working this morning.  Yeah, I do check my spam box daily, and I check to see if something got put there by mistake.  That didn't happen.  I'm not sure what happened.  It's as if the emails just vanished into thin air, it seems.  Weird.

Can you check your spam box?  We are showing that you are receiving all the emails.  Let me know if you can't find it.

I got the Watched list medhelp update emailed, but not the general update with all my communities and groups newest questions.

We are reporting this to our engineers, I will keep you posted when I have an idea on when it will be corrected.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention :D
