Still unable to add data

Hi Emily- Still unable to add my data on the BP Tracker after last nights update. In fact, now I am unable to post data even using my previously successful back-door method through the tutorial route. Now I just get the greyed out unresponsive screen.  Apparently I am not the only one having these problems.  I hope your tech people are on top of this, but I'm having my doubts.  Thanks, Bob

Hi Claire- I appreciate everyone's efforts at a fix.  I just tried to enter my BP readings and have the same result. When I click "add data", and the monthly calender pops up and I then click on the actual date(or any date), the screen immediately turns a transparent grey which is unresponsive. I then can only exit MedHelp.  I was hoping it would work this time.  Thanks, Bob

Hi there,

Our engineers have been working on a fix for this and it seems to be resolved.  Can you try entering data now and let us know if things are working?
