Strepococcus
I have re-occurring bouts with Strepococcus in the calf of my leg.  I would like to find out if there is a way to tell if I have been re-infected or is it an infection that did not get completely killed out by antibiotics.  And is there a way to tell if the same infection is living elsewhere in my body until something happens that it becomes active in my leg again.  This last time a culture was taken and it came out Strep. so I am sure that is what is re-occurring.  This has been going on periodically since 2007.
