Usually the human bite has a variety of bacteria which can cause infections. I was involved in a very large bite would study most of which were bite wounds from animals to humans but some were from humans to humans. None that I know of showed any STD types of bacteria. Where was the bite located? If you notice any signs of infection such as redness, swelling, pain or fever I would see a doctor  promptly as these require antibiotics. Usually, the bite wounds have multiple types of bacteria.
