Hi there!
Medications for Interstitial cystitis are best avoided during pregnancy if the symptoms are mild. With moderate to severe symptoms a few relatively safer drugs may be used such as LMWH, pentosan polysulfate etc. Also intravesical therapy is preferred over systemic therapy during pregnancy. It would be best o discuss the management in detail with your urologist/ gynaecologist.
