Confused! Huge difference in FSH test results

Can anyway explain my test results to me please?

I had the hormone tests done after going to my doctor with constant headaches.

My first results at day 12 of my cycle were:  FSH 30, LH 93, Oestradiol 772, Prog. 2

I had another blood test a week later and my day 19 results were: FSH 3, LH 4, Oestradiol 444, Prog. 27.

My doctor told me last week that I would never be able to have another baby with levels as high as I have!  Now they look completely normal.

Any help would be great.

Sorry I should have added that I am still getting periods, although my last 2 cycles have only been 24 days.  I am normally quite irregular so this isn't that odd for me.  I am pretty sure that I still ovulate too as I have seen a definate thermal shift this month and EGWCM.  Thanks
