Dizzy Lightheaded Nausea

Hiiiiii,
Just wondering if anyone else gets dizzy/lightheadedness/nausea. I'm pretty sure I'm perimenopausal, I've been having these symptoms for almost a year and a half. Does anything help?? My doctor is no help whatsoever. His attitude more or less is 'you've had these symptoms this long and you're still alive so we know it's nothing serious'. I am currently taking Maca and natural progesterone cream. My symptoms come and go but they can get pretty severe at times. How long does this go on?? :(
