Hormone Replacement

I still have an intact uterus and have started using a hormone replacement patch .025 in strength. My Dr says no progesterone is needed because of the low dose. Is this safe?  I have read all estrogen should be accompanied with progesterone

Hello,
I think you need both estrogen and progesterone simultaneously. You can even try out some herbs like wild yam. it balance the progesterone level. Add lots of vitamins in your diet and do regular exercise this also helps to give relief from menopause.
