anti-menopause pill?

I wanted to know if it's medical possible to prevent menopause through medication?

With each menstrual cycle, a thousand follicles are lost and only one follicle will actually mature into an ovum (egg), which is released into the fallopian tube, kicking off ovulation.

My question is could a pill be created to prevent the lost of thousands of ovarian follicles? And only release one or two ovarian follicle that mature into eggs per menstrual cycle. This would effectively prevent menopause in women.

What I'm asking is it technologically possible for a pill to be able to do that?
