MS is being able to defrost the freezer......without feeling the cold......as we have the numbness anyway. (... guess what I did yesterday!!!)

MS is having a conversation...and forgetting what you were about to say and feeling embarrassed when you are unable to find the words that used to flow so freely

MS is finding a group of friends on this forum.....who I never would have met before and who support and help each other in a unique way and have touched my heart with kindness.

  MS is losing your keys and asking for help - when you look up you find your helpers are looking in the ignition, the fridge, the box of dog toys and then finally telling you that even though you swear you drove home and haven't left the house they say just face it the are gone. Have a new set of keys made!

FYI the keys were under the back seat of the jeep - not the dog bin for heavens sake

How about instead of the expense of drinking (good think) we also don't get the time out with friends and the giggles and joy that slamming down a few beers with the friends usually brings.

We do however get giggled at when those around us are intoxicated and find our slurry speech and stumbling gait very humorous. NOT FAIR! Look like your drunk act like a drunk but sober and in pain.
