Wondering if this is MS

For months I've had various symptoms...pins and needles, muscle spasms, migraines, visual floaters, vertigo, neck pain/stiff neck, numbness of one side of the face with the migraines, tingling sensations on my back (any part of the back) feet and legs, ear pain, insomnia, frequent UTI, a little bit of hand tremors and body vibrations.  I've had these for about 6 mths on and on and off basis.  I wonder if there's a possibility I have MS or if it can be something else.  I was vitamin D deficient but I'm not anymore since I've been taking supplements.  Extensive blood work has been done and it's all normal.  MRIs are normal too (brain and cervical spine).  I have mild scholosis.

Thanks, those are interesting facts.  I have a relative who has lupus and told me to do some research on it.  I've also been tested for myasthenia gravis since I have droopy eyelids but it came back negative.  I'll continue to visit the neuros becaue I want an answer.
