ot walk MS

Sunday I am doing the walk MS providence. This is my first time doing this but I will hopefully cross the finish line though will be dragging my leg but I am determined to do it. Has anyone participated in a event like this? Any suggestions?

Thanks Alex I have a small backpack that I have a foldup cane if I need it. And my epi pen and water.Weather looks good 60 here so not too warm for me.my 2 sisters and my 2 besties and niece are doing it with me my one sister has ms too. My bestie who runs marathons said she will carry me or drag my *** if she is tired lol so some way I know I will cross the finish line.

I have. May be take a folding camp chair for after in your car. I bought I light weight one at REI.I leave it in the car. They probaly have folding chairs but just in case. There will be water and rest stops if needed. Wear layers if it is cool in case you warm up. Signs are cool but they can be tiring if you want one put it on fabric so you can fold up if you get tired. There will be someone your speed walk with them if you can. You will see when you get on the course. Have fun.
