a cat that is fully-toilet trained (and I mean a real human toilet)
a gardener
a housekeeper
padded walls and furniture corners

I would ask for

steel toed shoes to protect my toes which are always getting stubbed

a chauffeur to drive me to my doctor appts - oh wait, I have that in my DH.  Scratch that one.

Kathy has the right idea asking for drug company stock ..... there's enough wealth to share with more than me so how about stock for everyone?

How about:

Truly comfortable underwear and clothes
Personal shopper  (for clothes, presents, etc.)
an elevator
stock in a drug company, lol!

a Nanny (who also does the grocery shopping and laundry)
