Going under the knife (anyone needs a job?)

  Just got back from my bone Doc today and it looks like I'm going to have 2 surgerys done one on my wrist to move the nerve over and the other on my hand for CTS then later I get to have the other arm done so I'm not down all together, but the frist opp will be on the 19th of this month so I guess that I'm going to hire some kid to muck out the horses stalls and feed them while I'm down and hafter I'm well enoght I'm off for the other opp on the other arm (oh joy) But on the good side we haven't had any moose in so far this winter braking down are fence line and getting in the hay yet.

Are you going to pay for the plane ticket to Ak? If so, let me know when, I'll be right up! I've had CTS on my right hand. I'm right handed. It was a real pain in the a**. I don't know about your doc, but they put my arm in case to elbow so wasn't tempted to bend wrist. For me the surgery wasn't terrible painful, just more inconvenient. Very hard to cook, clean, and do other more personal things. You will understand later, LOL. Good luck, and take care of the ponys. Mud is so hard on their feet.

Did you say horses? I love them, use to have 3 of them before I got sick. 1 Bay and 2 arabian (mother & daughter).

I keep going back and forth about getting myself some more. Not sure if I could handle the work any more though.

  Oh and you are going to have to take good care of there feet as we have gotten a lot of rain this fall and ti is having a hard time on there feet as it all clumped up on the ground and I can't get any one in here to drop off a few truck loads of sand to help them out much so a lot of care must be taken on there feet till we get some more snow pack
