Thanks everyone! I made it to VA just fine. I had to stop every 2 hours to stretch my legs so I made it in 8 hrs. Tomorrow we're heading back home. Hopefully the drive will be just as easy going back!
I'm thrilled for you both!
Mike
I'm excited for you and I'm very glad that he's safe!

You are getting lots of people here excited and happy for you, Laura. I'm so glad you shared this with us.
Don't forget to take plenty of breaks on the drive to stretch your legs and drink lots of water. Don't let the summer weather sneak up on you.
hugs,
L
Gr8 news Laura. Happy that you and are your hubby would be back in each others arms, but like Julie said PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TRY and get sleep. As much as you can before you take that drive.
Enjoy and again I am happy for you :-))
That is WONDERFUL news..I hope this is permanent and not just leave? God bless you and tell him I said thank you so much for his sacrifice and the sacrifice you and the children make. Without your husband and men like him, only God knows where we'd be today!
Thank you for making me smile!
Laura, FAB NEWS!!!
I am excited for you. Be prepared to lose it girl. It's okay you know, you have been through a lot recently.
Try, try to sleep and take care of your self please. Stress, letting yourself getting overly tired, etc, it terrible for MS'ers.
Other than that, enjoy, you so deserve a joyous reunion. Many blessings to you and yours.
Julie
Laura, I'm so happy and excited for you... After the week you have had and the news you received it's about time something good happens... Now you've got me so excited I may not sleep...hahaha... Six months is a long time without your significant other around... I sure do commend you for being strong enough to handle this...
Please thank your husband for me after the kisses are over... I appreciate our service men and women so much... Thanking them at every chance I get is the least I can do... Please get some rest and drive safely... Also I know from experience that any time I have to be in a car for a long distance we always leave early enough so we can make lots of stops...
Just getting out and walking around the car a couple of times or standing up for a minute is a must... Make sure you don't over do it so you will be well rested for your man...
I'll be praying,
Carol
