Meg,
Sorry to hear about your testing, I didn't know it had worsened. I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
Ren
I know all about the phone games, Alex. I had a test a little over a week ago and the lady said the Dr would have the results the same day, my Dr. said 3 days and later that week the receptionist said 7 days. Good thing it was my favorite Dr's office,
@Ren, no, the first echo showed that it was worse, that why I had the 2nd test and he did indicate the mitral valve had closed a lot more, like it was very tight.

I am sorry Meg. I understand how you feel completely. I am ready to walk away the whole medical thing sometimes.
I was just on the phone with my PCPs nurse and frustrated about getting a script we have been going back and forth since Wednesday. It is like that telephone game you play as a child where you whisper something in someone's ear and they whisper it in the next person's ear around the circle and when it gets back to you it is completely different. The nurse says the Doctor wants me to come in more often. The last time I went in the Doctor said "Why are you even here" I said because your receptionist told me you wanted me to come in". She is so busy it is not funny. I just called them back and told them to forget the whole thing that I like pain I really do.

Meg,
I am so sorry that yo have to wait over the long weekend to get your answers! Waiting is the worst thing in the world!! Perhaps the TEE showed no change and there was no urgency to call you. Hang on that thought.
Talk care of yourself during this awful game of 'wait and see'. I can definitely empathize with you.
Hugs,
Ren
Thanks, Lulu !!
hugs, meg
Meg, do your best to put this aside for the weekend. Doctors speak so often without considering the patient's perspective.
So sorry to hear that they are looking at other health issues for you.
