I think, knock on wood, things "might" be moving in a postive direction, finally.

Hi all,

I have been away from the computer for awhile, but checked in today. I have missed many good posts, and will go back and read them.

1st positive thing:

Just a quick note. My MS neuro is waiting for me to get another round of MRI's before she starts meds. The insurance has been a bit unreliable and 2 of the 3 have been approved. She (Neuro), called me this morning to see how I was feeling. Shocker, huh? She is wonderful.  She told me to just go get the 2 done, even though my neck surgeon had ordered the cervical MRI without Contrast. She said don't worry, just go get them. She can read the MRIs, even without the contrast, she just wants to get me started on treatment.

So, I am going tomorrow. There, done. Been ongoing for too long.

2nd positive thing:

Hubby "might" be offered a job tomorrow. He has had 3 interviews with this company, and was told to come tomorrow for fingerprinting and a drug test, then off to human resources for the offer. They asked if he could start next week. SO, looks good, just need to see what the money offer is.

All good so far, no catastrophes to speak of at the moment... I am taking my dad this afternoon to the cardiologist, so here is too hoping that visit will go well also.

I just felt like posting something, when I am not crying and feel more upbeat then I have for a while.

Thanks,
Michelle

I just love positive news!

I'm very happy that you have some to share.  I'm dreaming of a wonderful neuro....

It does sound like your husband has a job; they wouldn't pay for the drug testing and background check if they weren't serious; that stuff costs money.  I just hope they offer him a good money and insurance package.  I'll keep my fingers crossed, too.
