Hi. What you are "lacking" is clinical correlation. If you have a vascular-type problem there could be an expected set of symptoms and history. Same for MS.
I'd guess you are not lacking in symptoms, history and exam = clinical correlation. Clinical correlation is obtained by the doctor listening to the patient.
Ask your neurologist which demyelinating disease you have.
i tend to agree, they have ruled out all mimics so that doesn't leave much.
we'll see what Doc "Q" thinks about the criteria so i can bring that up the next time i have sit down with the neuros.
I still think its MS - I've thought that since you came here and presented that lengthy list. But as I always say, I am no doctor, so what do I know. :-)
yes, me too. she has the background and working experience to see into that and clear the forest a bit for me.
it isn't a priority, just something during my bouts of frustration and asking myself "if it isn't that, then it must be this, so why isn't it?", that i write these type of things.
my friend, you know how it goes. ;-)
many thanks!
I'm hoping Q will see this and help you out over on your journal! - L
