Looking for a doctor

After three plus years, I've yet to find a neurologist specializing in MS that is actually interested in me as a patient.
My experience is that all the so called MS specialists I've seen: put me in a category, dismiss any discussion of diet and vitamins and have the energy level of a 90 year with epstein barr. Can anyone suggest a doctor in the NY metro area that has a high energy level and will treat a patient as an indivdual? Thanks!

I can see why other doctors are not interested in you as a patient if this is the type of response you give when someone is helping you?

She would not have mentioned the facility if she did not think the staff within the building would provide you with individual care, compassion and professionalism. Which is of course answers your statement question.  

This type of response would place anyone on the offensive and would avoid answering future questions that you may have.

What an amazingly lame response!!! All you provided was a commerical for the IMSMP facility. You didn't mention a thing about the doctors there.

You must work there or had someone use you to promote the place.

I would recommend the International MS Management Practice, on W.57th Street in Manhattan. The place is remarkable. Full service, all MS. They have everything and anything you need to manage MS, including their own infusion center and in about 3 weeks their own MRI suite.
