What is this?

I feel generally unwell with constant pressure in my head especially my forehead can ms make you feel this way? It feels like the flu with aches and pains and that yucky feeling but no fever.

Hi - and welcome to the forum here.  If you lived in my area I would say it was from sinus problems.  What you describe sounds like what most of us here in the midwest live with all the time.  

Bob makes a good point and I also don't think this will be connected to your MS, but we're definitely not doctors.  Be sure to talk to your doctors about this feeling and see if there is something else going on.

Too many things can make you feel like this, not just MS.  MS is a disease of the central nervous system, so most of the signs and symptoms relate to sensory and motor issues throughout the body.  Many People with MS loose or have altered feelings in their face truck or extremities.  Some loose motor control or loose strength in a limb or lower extremities.  

What you are describing is "general malaise."  While I suspect that this is seem in MS, one of the more common complaints in MS in overwhelming fatigue or MS lassitude.  This is tiredness or fatigue disproportional to the energy expended.
